Montefiore Einstein Behavioral Health Services for Associates
Behavioral Health Services are available to employees and their families, including support for mental health and substance use disorders. Services are available in person and through telehealth. Services include comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, neuropsychological testing and evaluation, psychiatric treatment, individual psychotherapy and family and couples’ therapy. Conditions that can be supported include Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive and Related Disorders, Eating Disorders, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorders, Substance Use, Personality Disorders, LGBTQ+ mental health, family conflict and stress.

Behavioral Health Virtual Urgent Care
Available Monday - Wednesday from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm, and Thursday - Friday from noon - 5:00 pm.
Employees can request a Behavioral Health Virtual Urgent Care visit directly from the “Your Menu” section of their MyChart account at mychart.montefiore.org.

Log in to the private and secure part of the website to review the specifics of the coverage you are enrolled in, find plan documents and change your benefits when you experience a qualifying life event. Ask Sofia, your personal benefits assistant, if you need help finding information or understanding your benefits.


The Member Assistance Program, provided through the 1199SEIU Benefits Fund, has trained social workers, counselors and other professionals on staff who provide services related to mental health, substance use, assistance with financial and legal concerns, domestic or workplace violence, grief support and more. They also provide referrals to community or social service resources if you’re having problems with housing, domestic violence or legal issues.
