At Montefiore, your emotional, mental and social well-being are just as important as your physical health. Through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and mental health resources, you and your household members access to confidential support and expert guidance.
EAP for Non-1199 Employees

Beginning January 1, 2026, Carebridge EAP is rebranding to AllOne Health. Non-1199 employees will continue receiving the same confidential support, now with enhanced digital tools and new benefits.
What’s new beginning 1/1/26:
- A new AllOne Health Member Portal: AllOneHealth.com/portal
- A new AllOne Health App with the ability to self-schedule virtual counseling
- On-demand chat support through Izzy, the AI Mental Health Navigator
- Self-guided therapy modules (iCBT)
- New Medical Advocacy Referrals to assist with medical bills, claims, and provider searches
No Interruption in Support:
The current Carebridge phone number (800-437-0911) and CarebridgeNow.com will automatically redirect you to the new AllOne Health system during the transition period. The new AllOne Health member number is 800-451-1834.
What you need to do on or after January 1, 2026:
- Download the new AllOne Health App
- Register for both the App and the Member Portal at: AllOneHealth.com/portal
- Use your current company access code - C4NKN - when prompted.

Instantly access 24/7/365 mental health support with self-scheduled virtual counseling sessions, on-demand self-help resources, and guidance from Izzy, your AI navigator. Download the AllOne Health App and use the member portal access code C4NKN to sign up.
1199 SEIU Member Assistance Program (MAP)
The Member Assistance Program, provided through the 1199SEIU Benefits Fund, has trained social workers, counselors and other professionals on staff who provide services related to mental health, substance use, assistance with financial and legal concerns, domestic or workplace violence, grief support and more. They also provide referrals to community or social service resources if you’re having problems with housing, domestic violence or legal issues.
Available Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm at 646-473-6900.

Also available is the 1199SEIU Wellness Program that offers monthly wellness and health education classes, educational materials and more.
Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences
Psychiatry Department Services
Available to employees with Montefiore Anthem BCBS and their covered family members. Services include individual, couples and family therapy; medication treatments, testing and evaluation.

Behavioral Health Virtual Urgent Care
Available Monday - Wednesday from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm, and Thursday - Friday from noon - 5:00 pm.
Employees can request a Behavioral Health Virtual Urgent Care visit directly from the “Your Menu” section of their MyChart account at mychart.montefiore.org.
