You&#8217;ll receive information about your options when you&#8217;re eligible to enroll as a new hire and during Annual Open Enrollment, held each fall. Anthem has vetted these providers and negotiated rates for covered services.<\/td>\n<td valign=\"top\">You want to use a provider that does not participate in either the Tier 1 or Anthem Network.
