When you first begin at Montefiore and each year thereafter during the Annual Benefits Open Enrollment Period, you have the opportunity to elect your benefit options.<\/p>\n

To Enroll in Your Benefits<\/h3>\n

Click the “Enroll Now or View Current Coverage” button at the top of this page or click here<\/a> to enroll on the HealthyME Benefits Center.<\/p>\n

Enrolling a Family Member<\/h4>\n

After enrolling in benefits, adding a new benefit, or a life event (such as marriage or the birth\/adoption of a child), you will likely need to submit verification and documentation for your spouse and\/or dependent. This documentation provides proof of your relationship to the dependent (e.g., marriage certificate, birth certificate, adoption paperwork).<\/p>\n

In conjunction with your annual enrollment in benefits, your employer may schedule a Dependent Verification Review. This procedure verifies your dependents’ eligibility for coverage under the terms of your medical, dental, vision, and\/or other benefit plans.<\/p>\n
